The client whose bathroom we remodeled was a referral from anther satisfied customer. This remodel was somewhat complicated by having the existing tub and surround covered with a plastic material from a one-day shower renovation company. The material was glued to the existing tub and surround.
Once the surround and tub cover was removed we were able to remove the existing tiled walls and cast iron tub. We removed the soffit above the tub and installed a walk-in shower with an acrylic subway tile surround. We removed the existing vanity, vanity top, mirror, light and toilet and replaced them with new materials. The existing floor was tiled so we covered it with a 12 x 24 luxury vinyl tile.
