Townhouse Renovation

Our client wanted an update to the first floor of his townhouse.He wanted to have the entire unit walls and ceiling painted, carpet and laminate flooring removed and replaced with LVT flooring throughout. He wnted the existing kitchen and countertops replaced. He wanted the divider wall between the kitchen and dining area lowered to create a small counter area. Finally, the client wanted to reduce the size of the entertainment room divider to open up the living space. Below are before and after photos of the work performed.
